Get Match Fit Program
Agility is a very important fitness component in the success of a tennis player. Agility refers to the ability of a player to speed up, slow down and change direction while maintaining balance and control. The player must also maintain control over their court positioning through good recovery after each shot.
One key aspect associated with great tennis players is that they are able to get into the correct position to hit the ball thus producing a more effective shot. Being agile not only helps you get to the ball faster and set up better for the shot, but it also allows you to have the proper balance in order to hit the ball.
This is why Advantage School of Tennis has "GET MATCH FIT".
"GET MATCH FIT" is a 60 minute curcuit training session for improving speed, footwork and endurance. The classes are run by Angelica a fully qualified fitness trainer.
